Project funded under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). This student housing project was built with funding from the PNRR, Mission 4 - Education and Research, Component 1 - Expanding Educational Services: From Daycare Centers to Universities, Reform 1.7 - "Student Housing and Reform of Student Housing Legislation." The project aims to increase the supply of housing for university students, strengthen the right to education, improve access to housing services, and enhance the appeal of the national university system.
Opened in 2026, the Joivy student residence in Reggio Emilia offers a contemporary living environment designed for university life. Modern design, shared spaces, and dedicated services create the ideal setting to study, socialise, and become part of an international community.
