How it works

You send a request through the site, and a representative gets back to you within 24 hours to answer your questions and, if you like, arrange a visit. You only sign the contract after seeing the room and feeling sure.

Monthly and annual contracts for students; some residences also offer short stays. The contract types allowed are listed on each room type.

The deposit is usually equal to two months' rent and is refunded at the end of the contract, minus any damages. The exact amount is stated in the offer.

All utilities, Wi-Fi, heating, cleaning of common areas and access to services (gym, study rooms, lounge). One single fee, all inclusive.

You can handle everything remotely: virtual tour, digital contract and dedicated guarantor solutions. The site is also available in English.

The information request is non-binding and free of charge. You only commit when you sign the contract.
